Yoga with Angie!

Come join a practice where we will use breathe to strengthen/stretch and open the body.

Tuesday mornings @ 9:30 – 10:30 am for 10 weeks. To run from Nov 5 through to Jan 21/20 (closed Dec 24 & 31).

$100 for registration in 10 week session.

All levels welcome.

Yoga mat required, blocks and straps suggested to help take you deeper into your body (limited number available).
